Amboli — Juice & Snack's Cafe (Balewadi, Pune) runs this website to take food orders. This page says what we collect and why.

What we collect

When you order: your name, mobile number, delivery address and landmark, the items, the amount and how you paid. If you pay online, the payment gateway (Cashfree) handles your UPI or card details — we only receive the payment reference. If you message us on WhatsApp, we keep those messages with your order.

Why

To prepare and deliver your order, to tell you its status on WhatsApp (received, confirmed, on the way, delivered, refunds), to answer your questions, and to keep accounts.

WhatsApp messages

Order updates come from our WhatsApp Business number. After a delivery we may ask once how it was. Reply STOP and we will not send review or offer messages; order updates for orders you place still come.

Who sees it

Cafe staff, and the services that carry the order: Cloudflare (hosting and database), Meta (WhatsApp), Cashfree (online payments), our delivery partner for the address and phone of a delivery, and Petpooja (billing). We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules need. Ask us and we will delete your phone number and address from older orders.
